Düsseldorf, September 10, 2008 – DIS AG, the market leader in hiring and placement of skilled personnel and managers, will exclusively provide personnel for the new chain of Apple Premium Reseller Stores. re:Store GmbH is set to open branches in all federal states, and have set themselves ambitious targets. The first store is set to open at the Waterfront location in Bremen on September 12. For the recruitment of suitable personnel, the company relies on the experience and competence of DIS AG, which can once again prove that it is more than just a temporary employment company.
In addition to providing qualified employees, DIS AG offers the entire spectrum of personnel services – from personnel provision to consultancy right down to planning and staffing of entire company locations. An expertise, on which now also the Apple partner re:Store will rely.
“Particularly in the retail industry, relevant qualifications of applicants are an important point”, Marion Lebkücher, key account manager for eMaRS at DIS AG explains. “That is particularly true for retail chains like re:Store, dealing with a premium brand like Apple.” Being able to dip into a national pool of qualified applicants, as well as their proprietary software solution eMaRS (e-Management Recruiting Solutions) gives DIS AG a real advantage for fulfilling this task, adds Ms. Lebkuecher.
DIS AG already provided the entire staff required for a new location for the world’s largest computer manufacturer Dell in Halle in 2005. Back then, the personnel service provider sifted through more than 15,000 applications, and filled over 400 positions. More large-scale orders
followed, which helped the company to make a name for itself with HR managers in the industry.
Then and now, DIS AG relies on the capabilities of their eMaRS solution. The innovative recruitment tool will shift a large number of processes to a digital platform. Following individual registrations by applicants, the most qualified applicants will be preselected for preliminary phone interviews. After that first direct contact, the possibility of a personal interview with the client will be decided.
“Experience is our most important asset in a large-scale project such as this one”, Marion Lebkuecher explains. “We will first be working on the locations Bremen, Duisburg, centrO Oberhausen, and Sindelfingen.” All in all, re:Store is planning to open eight new locations across Germany in 2008.
