Postponement of The smarter E South America 2020

In response to the rising number of cases of persons infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) in Brazil and worldwide and the associated restrictions now being introduced, the organizers of The smarter E South America – Solar Promotion International GmbH (SPI), Freiburg Management and Marketing International GmbH (FMMI) and Aranda Eventos & Congressos Ltda. (ARANDA) – have decided to postpone the event, which had originally been set to take place from August 25-27, 2020.

The health of the exhibitors, partners, visitors and employees as well as the population are of the highest priority for us. Under the prevailing circumstances, it would be impossible to organize and host such an international exhibition in August without critical complications. In addition to the health risks for exhibitors and visitors, this decision was influenced by the need to ensure certainty in our planning as soon as possible.

The smarter E South America 2020 is now set to take place in Expo Center Norte from November 16-18, 2020.

The exhibition venue, booth number, area of exhibitors and all contractual terms and conditions will remain unchanged. It was our top priority to inform you of our decision as soon as possible, as we know that you will also have already begun your preparations. We kindly ask for your understanding.

With regard to organizational matters for the new dates of the exhibition, we ask for your patience for a few more days. We will send you more detailed information on the next steps by April 3, 2020, at the latest.

We hope that you remain in good health and wish you all the best for the difficult decisions that you, too, are sure to be facing in these challenging times.

Thank you for your understanding and support as always. We are confident that the new date will provide the best opportunities for a successful event.
